Privacy policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Icon Library has no user accounts and does not ask for personal data. This page explains what is stored on your device, which outside services the page talks to, and the choices you have.

Who is responsible

Icon Library (iconlibrary.io) is run by André M. Ferreira, who is responsible for this site and for the processing of data described on this page.

What is stored in your browser

The site keeps a few preferences in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and are not sent to our server:

You can erase them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. The site itself sets no cookies; advertising cookies are described below.

Server logs

Like any website, the server receives technical data with each request — IP address, requested page, date and time, and browser type. It is used only to keep the site running and secure, and is kept for a short period in rotating logs.

Third-party services

To show the icons, your browser downloads them directly from these services, which receive your IP address and browser information as part of the request:

The icon editor runs entirely in your browser. Its Open in Lucide Studio button, shown for Lucide and Feather icons, opens Lucide Studio, an independent site with its own privacy policy, and sends it the icon you are editing.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

The site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, to limit how often you see an ad and to measure ad performance.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under Brazil's LGPD or the European GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Since Icon Library does not collect personal data beyond the technical logs above, most requests will concern the advertising cookies, which you control through the Google links above and your browser settings.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
